Welcome to BaldPolitiKs, where we take an alternative look at the world of politics and give a voice to the unheard. I’m Peter Kearney and this is the 21 December 2016 where the world focus is back on Ireland and how the legacy of the IRA/British War from 1969–1997 is being dealt with or not being dealt with.

Earlier this month the Secretary of State for NI, James Brokenshire, announced that unless SF and DUP can agree he will not publish plans to deal with the past conflict in NI. This is despite his legal obligation to do so and calls from the ECHR that he do so without delay.
